Jennie is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutritionist specializing in corrective exercise, fitness nutrition, and weight loss. She is an RRCA Run Coach, Stretch and Flexibility Coach, and Functional Movement Provider (FMT I/II/Advanced, PMT)
MOVEMENT
Client programming is built on mobility, balance, flexibility, stability, strength, cardio conditioning, speed, and agility. Every client starts with a one-on-one assessment to ensure their level of fitness and ability is met.
corrective exercise
Static and dynamic assessments are included with every client's program to identify imbalances and design a workout to reduce muscular dysfunction and increase energy efficiency.
Nutrition
A proper diet is essential in every fitness program. Let Jennie help you navigate the food world and explore how activity, metabolism, and nutrient choices impact everyday living and fitness goals.

I have had three hip replacment surgeries in the last seven years and I was extrememly afraid of getting back to the gym and doing anything that could potentially harm those surgeries. I also never worked on flexibiltiy due to my fears. Jen was the only person that was able to ease my way into the stretching process such that I now can do criss cross applesauce for the first time in 15 years. I cannot thank her enough.

Thank you Jennie! I was having a lot of issue with my IT band from my hip all the way to my knee. Cupping, blading and percussive therapy. My IT bands have never felt so good!. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with my left quad aching. She gave me some exercises to work on at home, and my knee is ready to pack on the miles!

I started the 100 mile challenge. I agreed to do it and almost immediately regretted it because of my month being jam packed, but because I can never lose a challenge I push and finished my 100 miles with 1 day left in the month. I know some reading this will not think it is a big deal... but it kinda feels big to me! I am proud of myself for not giving up and finishing even on the days I didn't feel like it.

I DID IT!! Finishing this morning at 280.35 miles over 3 months. After a doctors visit weighing me in higher than I'd been in years, I decided I needed to do something. I said I wanted to drop 15 pounds by my birthday and I knew I traveled a lot and baseball season was coming so I gave myself 6 months. Thank you Jennie for starting this virtual group!! Today I finished at my deadline. I've lost 16 pounds so far. I'm starting to get back my confidence as well. I'm not quitting now. I've got another 12 pounds to go. Another non scale victory... my insulin refill notice was text to me and I DON'T NEED to fill it!!! I have reduced my insulin usage sooooooo much that I have more vials than my butter compartment in my fridge can hold.
